Financial planning fees are always discussed up and your questions are answered before commencing any services. I offer flexible fee arrangements to fit your circumstances.
Many “one-time” financial plans can be prepared for a fixed fee that is negotiable and will generally range from approximately $1500 to $4500. You will pay half of the agreed upon fee up front and the other half upon completion and delivery of the financial plan.
Ongoing services can be provided for a monthly, quarterly, or annual fee to be negotiated. Fees for financial planning services will not exceed my standard hourly rate of $300 an hour.
Investment Management Services and Fees
I manage client’s investment portfolios to achieve their short- and long-term goals. I align a portfolio with each client’s goals, priorities, and risk tolerance. I manage both tax-deferred/retirement and after-tax accounts.
My investment philosophy is that passive index investing is the optimal way to build and maintain wealth over time. This approach is tax-efficient and avoids clients taking on undue risk.
Catalyst Financial Advisors does NOT take custody of your money or accounts. Instead, your accounts remain under your control at Schwab, Vanguard, Fidelity or another custodian.
If you hire me to manage your investments, I charge a percentage of Assets Under Management (AUM). My standard fee is 1% annually and is negotiable depending on the amount of assets under management. These fees are normally deducted from investment accounts after the end of each calendar quarter in arrears.
